3.1 Euler Education's Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on this website — including, but not limited to, text, graphics, videos, practice questions, mock exams, lesson materials, and other educational resources — are the exclusive property of Euler Education (“Intellectual Property”), unless otherwise indicated.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Euler Education, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or use any part of this Intellectual Property for any purpose, whether personal, educational, or commercial.

Use of this website and its services does not grant you any ownership, license, or right to use Euler Education’s Intellectual Property in any way.

Euler Education makes no claim to ownership of any third-party trademarks.

3.2 NBT Intellectual Property and Academic Integrity

We do not sell, reproduce, or distribute any questions from the official National Benchmark Tests (NBTs). All questions used in the NBT exam are the exclusive intellectual property of the NBT Project at the University of Cape Town (UCT), and we fully respect their ownership and academic integrity.

Euler Education affirms that it has not made, and will never make, any attempt to copy or share the intellectual property of the NBT Project.

All questions and learning materials found in our NBT preparation products — including both free mock papers and paid preparation courses — are original content created by Euler Education. While our materials are designed to reflect the structure, reasoning style, and difficulty level of the NBTs for effective exam preparation, they are entirely our own work and do not reproduce any actual NBT questions.

All such content in our practice papers and course remain the sole intellectual property of Euler Education and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

  • Such violations may result in legal action being taken by 34 Interfaces (Pty) Ltd. This includes claims for damages and injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use.

6.5 Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Parents and students must adhere to these terms and ensure the confidentiality of course content.
