This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed and interactions, and general location data (city, region, and country — we do not collect precise GPS coordinates).
This automatic data collection is facilitated through cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies as described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes: to create and manage your account; to provide, deliver, and improve our e-learning courses and services; to process transactions and send related correspondence such as purchase confirmations and invoices; to communicate with you about your account, courses, updates, and support requests; and to personalise your learning experience on our platform.

Our platform may be used by individuals under the age of 18. Where a user is below the age of 18, we encourage parents or legal guardians to oversee their use of our services. 10. International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party services we use (such as Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, and PostHog) may process or store data on servers located outside of South Africa. Where your personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including POPIA.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or service-related messages (such as account confirmations, course enrolment updates, or security alerts).
